Interim Accountant: £300 per day

SG Partnership is partnering with a service-led organisation to recruit an experienced Interim Accountant to provide additional support within its finance team.

The business operates in a fast-moving, people-focused environment, with finance playing an important role in keeping pace with the demands of the wider operation. This is a hands-on interim assignment, requiring someone who can come in, quickly understand how the business works and take responsibility for a broad range of accounting and reporting activities.

They’re looking for someone experienced, pragmatic and comfortable working independently, who can bring additional capacity to the team and deliver from day one.

Why Join?

  • Immediate impact: Step into a key role where your experience will make a genuine difference from day one.
  • Autonomy & ownership: Take responsibility for key areas of accounting and reporting with the freedom to get on with the job.
  • Broad exposure: Work across management accounting, reporting, financial control and analysis.
  • Commercial environment: Work closely with operational teams in a fast-paced, service-led business.
  • Varied assignment: Get involved across the wider finance function rather than being restricted to one specific area.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
