Interim Accounts Assistant | Creative Production & Events Business | London (On-site)

The Client

Harmonic is delighted to be partnering with a well-established creative business that delivers high-quality projects and live brand experiences for a portfolio of well-known consumer brands. They operate at the premium end of their market, where craft and quality matter, and take pride in bespoke, made-to-order work. With the finance team evolving, they are looking for a reliable Accounts Assistant to come in and keep things running smoothly through a busy period.

The Role

Reporting to and working alongside the Management Accountant, this is a hands-on, transactional finance role supporting a small, close-knit team based on-site in South West London. You will take ownership of the day-to-day accounts payable and input work: posting purchase invoices, processing timesheets, and handling company credit card and expense reconciliations, keeping the finance function moving while the team finalises its longer-term structure. It is an immediate-start temporary contract with genuine potential to extend, or to convert to a permanent role, for someone who does a great job. The business runs on Xero.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
