Finance Assistant | SAP S/4HANA | £200-225pd | 4-8 week Contract | 3 days PW in Central London | Immediate Start
This Finance Assistant role is an opportunity to join an established organisation following the recent implementation of SAP S/4HANA. They are looking for an experienced finance professional who can quickly get up to speed and support across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash management.
The successful candidate will need strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience and be comfortable working across transactional finance processes in a busy environment. This is an immediate-start contract, so they are looking for someone who can add value from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable processes, including purchase orders and general invoice input.
- Support Accounts Receivable activity, including processing from sales orders and managing dunning processes.
- Complete cash postings accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Support the wider finance team with day-to-day transactional finance activity.
- Ensure financial information is accurately recorded within SAP S/4HANA.
- Help maintain strong financial controls and efficient processes following the recent SAP implementation.

Person Specification
- Strong hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA is essential.
- Previous experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience processing purchase orders, invoices, and sales orders.
- Good understanding of dunning and credit control processes.
- Experience with cash posting and bank reconciliations.
- Able to work accurately and independently in a fast-paced finance environment.
- Available to start immediately or at very short notice.

This role is paying £200-225 per day and requires attendance in the organisation's Central London offices three days per week.
