The Opportunity
A rapidly growing, well-funded wellness and health beverage brand is seeking an experienced former CEO or COO to advise our Chief Executive during a pivotal growth phase. Having established a successful concept across multiple initial locations, we are now preparing to scale from 2 to 6 physical sites while laying the structural operational foundation for expansion toward 20+ units.
This is a focused, high-impact 5-week advisory engagement based in London. You will work side-by-side with our CEO to refine the company’s 100-day execution plan, optimize capital/resource allocation, structure executive hiring, and mitigate operational risks during multi-site expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- 100-Day Growth Blueprint: Benchmark, critique, and finalize the execution roadmap for scaling site footprint from 2 to 6 stores.
- Capital & Resource Allocation: Ensure capex, unit economics, supply chain logistics, and operating budgets are aligned for rapid physical expansion.
- Organizational Design & Talent Acquisition: Advise on critical early-stage hires, leadership team structuring, and operational reporting lines.
- Operational Playbooks: Guide the executive team on establishing repeatable unit-level operating systems, site-selection criteria, and retail execution strategies necessary to eventually support a 20+ store network.

Requirements
- Executive Leadership: Proven track record as a former CEO or COO within a retail, grab-and-go food/drink, coffee shop, or high-volume food service chain.
- Proven Track Record: Direct, hands-on experience scaling a retail chain from small footprint (1–2 stores) to multi-unit scale (15–20+ locations).
- Location: Based in or within easy commuting distance of London for face-to-face sessions and on-site operational strategy alignment.
- Strategic & Operational Mastery: Deep familiarity with retail unit economics, store openings, inventory logistics, and high-growth leadership mentoring.
