About The Role
We are seeking an Interim Applications Transformation Manager on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract to lead the Business Analyst and Functional Consultant teams supporting our ERP programme and wider business transformation initiatives.
You will oversee solution delivery, releases, cutovers, hypercare, and the transition into BAU support, working closely with project managers, technical teams, ERP Leads, GPLs, and business stakeholders. This role requires strong change management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle ERP solutions across multiple sites.
- Manage and develop the Business Analyst and Functional Consultant teams.
- Oversee work prioritisation and resource allocation through JIRA.
- Ensure solutions align with approved business processes and governance requirements.
- Lead release, cutover, hypercare, and transition-to-BAU activities.
- Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Support delivery of the ERP roadmap, including Redwood adoption.
- Maintain Oracle EBS stability throughout the transition period.
- Act as an escalation point for solution, process, and programme delivery issues.

About you
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Proven experience delivering ERP programmes and business transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading and developing Business Analyst and Functional Consultant teams.
- A strong understanding of ERP governance, change management, and release management processes.
- Experience working with Change Advisory Boards (CAB), architecture governance, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Experience supporting ERP cutovers, hypercare, and transitions into BAU support.
- The ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery and operational management in a fast-paced environment.
