Job Title: Assistant Director of External Affairs
Location: Hybrid working from Central London
Contract Type: Temporary, Immediate Start, Day rate
Are you ready to make an impact? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of External Affairs to join our team on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for external communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead high-profile initiatives that promote the organization's services and enhance public understanding of its work.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies and other organizations.
- Oversee the creation of impactful communication materials, including reports and press releases.
- Monitor and analyze public perceptions of the organization, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Previous experience:
- Proven experience in external affairs, public relations, or communications.
- A strong understanding of the public or regulatory sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A natural ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- A track record of success in developing and executing communication strategies.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and public engagement initiatives.
