Job Description
This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As an Interim Associate Global Deployment & Change Management (GDCM) Deployment Property Engagement Platform (PEP), you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Deployment & Change Management team reporting to the Manager GDCM Deployment PEP, you will support projects including the deployment of PEP, Hilton's new PMS system.
Please note this is a Fixed term contract through till December 2027.

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
- Troubleshoot issues and offer technical guidance
- Deliver remote or onsite hotel operations training/support
- Build and configure system databases
- Set up hardware and interfaces
- Migrate hotels from retired PMS to PEP, ensuring complete data transfer
How You Will Collaborate With Others
- Help train new team members by guiding them through project components and task execution
- Liaise with the Managers/Senior Associates to support migration projects
- Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve system issues
What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of
- Multiple stages of a remote and onsite PEP deployment which include communication, configuration, database build, data migration, testing interfaces, training, and hotel operations support (Front Desk, Night Audit, Management, Sales, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping)

Qualifications
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Professional work experience in Technology or a related field like hotel operations
- Work experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems
- Understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS and interfaces
- Ability to Travel up to 80%
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- Experience as a successful systems installer
- Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems
- Bilingual
