Role Overview
This is a 6-month maternity cover (4-5 days per week) to start as soon as possible.
Deliverables Include
- Plan, develop and manage effective integrated analytics approaches for brands and companies working primarily in the Healthcare and Technology sectors; acting as a day-to-day, client-facing research and analytics lead on large clients.
- Provide strategic client counsel and advice, as a senior advisor, on putting data at the heart of insights and strategy development, a sound planning approach based on evidence, and integrated measurement models that allow FleishmanHillard to demonstrate business impact.
- Develop integrated measurement models that allow clients/FH to demonstrate business impact of communications and digital marketing programmes – this includes working knowledge of AEO/ GEO and how to both interpret and utilize this data in the broader media mix.
- Lead the development of analytics, research and measurement strategies and plans with a client’s defined audiences at the center, providing oversight and guidance to the team in executing these projects effectively.
- Participate in internal and external new business pitches and proposals including the production of audience diagnosis and market research to deliver insights and testing methodologies to inform and validate strategic and creative options.
- Translate client needs into analytics project briefs, analytics approaches and methodologies that guide our work and our teams.
- Oversee the work of junior and mid-level analysts to ensure a high standard of quality across account deliverables and superior client service, always with an eye to driving the satisfaction that supports client retention and growth.
- Work closely with the Social & Innovation, Media, Planning & Creative teams to translate data into insights to fuel creative concepts and complete communications strategy development and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as an advocate, mentor and guide for preventing data bias and robust use of AI, and increasing understanding of diversity in our analytics, research and measurement practices and ensuring accurate representation of a target audience is represented in all data sets.
- Contribute to FleishmanHillard TRUE Global Intelligence’s culture of curiosity, collaboration, ownership and accountability while displaying respect for different backgrounds and perspectives.

About You
- Experience in market research in support of marketing, communications, and/or insights functions, delivered through both quantitative and qualitative primary research methodologies.
- Proven, hands-on experience across the full primary research lifecycle, from scoping approaches and developing research materials, through to overseeing data collection, ensuring data quality, conducting analysis, and delivering insight-led reporting.
- Strong experience designing and writing surveys across a range of research use cases, including thought leadership, audience insights and segmentation, journey mapping, brand and reputation tracking, and campaign measurement.
- Strong experience developing qualitative research materials and personally conducting in-depth interviews across varied audiences (from general consumers to C-suite executives), as well as moderating focus groups in both in-person and online settings.
- Demonstrated ability to compile compelling, insight-rich narratives from multi-source desk research and AI-powered deep research.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets and Google Slides, with solid working knowledge of AI tools to drive workflow efficiencies across research and analytics workstreams.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and their application within the primary research process — including supporting the development of research materials, analysis, and reporting across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Working knowledge of analytics and measurement approaches across social, earned media, and digital channels, with some hands-on experience applying these in a research or insights context.
- Exposure to a range of analytics and audience intelligence tools, such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, GlobalWebIndex, Audiense, StatSocial, Statista, Cision, MuckRack, or similar platforms.
- Experience working within, or in close partnership with, a communications, PR, or integrated marketing agency environment, with an understanding of how research and insights feed into broader communications strategy.
- Some experience contributing to new business activity, including supporting proposals, credentials, or scoping conversations with prospective clients.
