Business Analyst | Payments & Digital Assets
£700 per day | Inside IR35 | London | Three days per week in the office
We’re supporting a London-based fintech financial institution seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of payments and digital asset infrastructure. You’ll translate business, operational, and regulatory needs into detailed requirements and process flows across settlement, AML, FX, and treasury systems.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements with business, technology, and operational stakeholders.
- Map end-to-end processes, including exception flows.
- Produce detailed integration specifications to support delivery.
- Maintain traceability between regulatory requirements, business processes, and system requirements.
- Work closely with delivery teams to clarify requirements and resolve gaps.

Your background
- Substantial business analysis experience in payments, FX, AML, treasury, or digital assets, typically three years or more.
- Strong requirements documentation and process-mapping skills.
- Experience defining system integrations and exception handling.
- Experience in regulated financial services, including regulatory traceability.
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
