Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim ERP Business Change Lead to drive the people and organisational change elements of a major ERP transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business change workstream across a large-scale ERP transformation
- Develop and deliver the business change strategy, ensuring organisational readiness for implementation
- Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities
- Support the design of future operating models, workforce transition plans and new ways of working
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR, Trade Unions and key stakeholders to drive adoption
- Develop change champion networks, learning strategies and benefits realisation plans to ensure sustainable change

About You:
- Significant experience leading business change on large-scale ERP transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of organisational change, target operating models and workforce transition planning
- Experience delivering change impact assessments, business readiness and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Confident working with senior leaders, Trade Unions and complex stakeholder groups within large organisations
- Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to drive organisational adoption
- Local Government experience is desirable, alongside knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Unit4 or Workday
