twentyAI are supporting a global FinTech on a search for an Interim Business Compliance Manager to join their Compliance function on an initial 4-month basis.

This is a first-line role, where you'll work hand-in-hand with trading, product, and sales teams to build compliant products and processes from the ground up. It's not a purely advisory position as you'll be shaping how products are designed and brought to market.

Immediate start and Outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with business, product, and trading teams on the design, build, and launch of new products and features
  • Interpret and apply relevant FCA rules and guidance (e.g., COBS, PRIN, SYSC, MAR) to day-to-day business activity and new product development
  • Provide first-line compliance advice across a range of trading products, including CFDs, structured products, equities, and principal trading
  • Review marketing materials, client communications, and product documentation for regulatory compliance
  • Support the business in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risk in new and existing product lines
  • Build strong working relationships with second-line Compliance and Risk functions, escalating material issues appropriately

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
