Description
We are hiring for our client, a growing PE-backed company in Belfast, as they seek an experienced Interim CFO to provide senior financial leadership during an important phase of development.
Working closely with the CEO, leadership team and investors, the Interim CFO will bring greater clarity to financial performance, cash management and strategic planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader to make an immediate impact within an ambitious business.

The Role
- Lead the finance function, providing clear direction and support to the wider team
- Deliver accurate management information, forecasts, budgets and board reporting
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, financial controls and risk management
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team on commercial and strategic decisions
- Communicate financial performance and key priorities to investors and board stakeholders
- Strengthen financial processes, reporting systems and internal controls
- Support business planning, value-creation initiatives and operational improvement
- Lead or support additional projects, transactions or integration activity as required

The Person
- Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Previous experience operating at CFO or Finance Director level
- Commercially astute, with excellent financial planning and analytical skills
- Comfortable working both strategically and operationally
- Strong cash flow management, forecasting and reporting experience
- Confident communicating with boards, investors and senior stakeholders
- Able to quickly assess priorities and deliver results
- Available to begin an interim assignment on reasonably short notice
