Starfish are working with a local authority in the North to recruit an experienced Interim Change Communications Lead to support a major workforce transformation programme.
This is a significant and sensitive programme that will involve extensive engagement with employees, managers, senior leaders and trade unions. You will lead the communications and engagement strategy, ensuring clear, consistent and credible messaging throughout the programme.

The successful candidate will bring strong change communications experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a track record of operating in complex, unionised environments. Previous experience supporting large-scale organisational change, workforce transformation or pay and reward programmes within local government or the wider public sector would be advantageous.
