A major business services organisation is looking for an outstanding Interim Change Management Director to lead the people and organisational change agenda across a major Property Transformation Programme.

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Lead large-scale property, workplace and organisational transformation
  • Own the change strategy, business readiness and adoption
  • Manage complex office moves, workplace redesign and technology change
  • Influence and challenge at Executive level
  • Lead change teams and external partners
  • Keep the business engaged while transformation happens at pace
