twentyAI have partnered with a fast-growing, global fintech on a search for an experienced Interim Chief Compliance Officer to lead regulatory transformation and product governance.
Fully remote, Outside IR35, and immediate start.
The Role
You will own the design and delivery of a target operating model across Investment Banking product set, ensuring the firm's frameworks, controls and processes meet UK regulatory expectations while supporting operational efficiency. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position suited to a senior compliance professional who can shape strategy and then implement it.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience in a trading or private banking environment
- Deep working knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR, FCA COBS, SMCR and UK MAR
- Demonstrable experience in product governance, ideally across CFDs, Structured Notes and/or Margin Lending
- Track record of delivering operating model or regulatory transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior and board level
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
