Interim Chief Executive: Independent Healthcare
England | Interim | inside IR35 Day rate or FTC

Hybrid Working: 60/40
Salary: £200K / £1250+ pd
An established independent healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Interim CEO to provide strong, steady leadership during a period of transition.
The Role
Reporting to the Board, you will lead the executive team and oversee all operations. You will:

- Provide visible leadership and continuity to staff, clinicians and partners
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance
- Keep commercial and financial performance on track
- Support the senior team and prepare the organisation for a permanent appointment
About You
- A proven CEO, MD or senior executive in healthcare, ideally in the independent sector
- Strong commercial and operational grounding in a regulated environment
- Credibility with clinicians and an understanding of clinical governance
- Discretion, resilience and the ability to lead through change
- Available at short notice
