PaidSync.ai is an AI-powered ad management platform that lets teams manage their entire paid media stack through natural language conversations in tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or directly in the PaidSync dashboard. The platform unifies major ad channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, X, and OpenAI Ads, while integrating core measurement tools including Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Merchant Center. PaidSync enables users to launch and optimize campaigns, control ad spend, set up conversion tracking, manage Shopping feeds, and build cross-channel reports within a single environment. Built on a foundation of trust, all changes are drafted for review and require explicit approval before going live. The company is founded by Ahmed Ashraf, a Google Premier Partner in the top 3% globally, and is a verified partner with Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Role Description
The Interim Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading PaidSync.ai’s overall marketing strategy and execution during a high-growth phase. This role oversees brand positioning, product marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing across all key channels, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable impact.

- Developing integrated marketing plans
- Guiding go-to-market strategies
- Managing the marketing team and agency partners
- Aligning marketing initiatives with revenue goals
The Interim CMO will collaborate closely with the founder and leadership team on market expansion, partner marketing with major ad platforms, and data-driven optimization of campaigns. The role also involves owning PR and communications, refining PaidSync.ai’s narrative for target audiences, and establishing processes and metrics for scalable, repeatable marketing success.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Market Planning, including building integrated marketing strategies and go-to-market roadmaps.
- Proficiency in Market Research, with the ability to analyze customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in AI and ad tech.
- Background in Public Relations, including shaping brand narratives, managing media outreach, and handling external communications.
- Proven Marketing Management skills, leading teams and vendors, overseeing budgets, and driving performance across digital and traditional channels.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, aligning pipeline goals, building demand-generation programs, and supporting revenue growth.
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or martech/advertising technology; experience with paid media and performance marketing is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with analytics tools and marketing data to make decisions, set KPIs, and report outcomes to leadership.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, remote environment.
