Chief Transformation Officer
Camino Search is currently partnering with a mid-market private equity fund looking to appoint a Chief Transformation Officer into one of their financial software portfolio companies.
This individual will take accountability for delivering the value creation plan, mobilising a range of transformation topics from commercial excellence and GTM strategy, to technology enablement and operating model change.

Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering value creation and EBITDA benefit in private equity backed environments.
- Generalist experience across different transformation topics including operational excellence, Go-To-Market, technology and AI, and post-merger integrations.
- Background in both software and financial services sectors.
- Any prior experience in strategy consulting would be desirable.
