Senior Legal Counsel
We're working with a market-leading social media platform who are looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to support a diverse range of commercial contracting, technology and strategic partnership matters across multiple business units and international markets.
The Role
As a key member of a highly regarded legal team, you will support a broad range of commercial and operational stakeholders, advising on strategic arrangements that underpin the development, delivery and support of innovative consumer products and services.
The role offers significant exposure to complex commercial negotiations and cross-functional projects, partnering closely with teams across technology, procurement, operations, product and commercial functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading negotiations on a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Drafting and negotiating technology, outsourcing, supply, procurement and strategic partnership contracts.
- Advising on supplier and vendor relationships across global and regional operations.
- Supporting major business transformation and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Providing pragmatic legal advice on commercial risk, contract structuring and stakeholder management.
- Advising on operational, technology and procurement-related projects.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver commercially driven legal solutions.
- Working closely with international colleagues on cross-border contracting matters.

Candidate Profile
We're keen to speak with lawyers who have:
- Approximately 4-12 years' PQE, however if you have good sector experience outside this range you can also be considered.
- Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house and/or in private practice.
- Experience negotiating complex technology, outsourcing, procurement, supply chain or strategic supplier agreements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to legal risk.
- The ability to manage multiple commercial matters simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
