LAW is working with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join their legal team on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. This is a wholly remote working role.

Working closely with the Legal Counsel and Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in supporting a busy commercial function, providing practical legal support across a range of commercial contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, drafting and amending commercial contracts
  • Negotiating and updating contractual terms
  • Reviewing client and supplier agreements
  • Supporting the legal team with contract management and compliance matters
  • Providing commercial legal support to internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with broader commercial projects as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Commercial Paralegal role
  • Strong commercial contracts experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience within the healthcare, medical or related sector would be highly desirable
  • Exposure to public sector frameworks and procurement processes would be advantageous

Contract Details:

  • Initial 3-month contract with likely extension
  • ASAP start
  • £20-£22 per hour PAYE
  • £28-£30 per hour Umbrella
