Interim Commercial Lawyer 4–6 Month Contract | London | Hybrid
We are working with a dynamic, fast-paced household name and genuine disruptor in its space, looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join a best-in-class legal team on an initial 4–6 month basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join an innovative, high-growth business. The role will focus primarily on commercial contracts, alongside a range of interesting and strategically important projects.
The Role
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
- Advising stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters
- Supporting interesting business-critical projects
- Working closely with teams across the business
- Providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice
- Taking ownership of matters from start to finish

About you
Ideally, you will have trained at a leading City law firm before moving in-house and have strong commercial contracting experience. You will be a confident, hands-on lawyer who can operate autonomously and build strong relationships with the business.
