Interim Commercial Lawyer
West London | Hybrid Working (3-days In Office) | Mid-September Start | 4 Month Assignment
I am seeking experienced Commercial Lawyers to support a significant commercial contracts programme within a large and fast-paced organisation based in West London.
This is a genuinely hands-on role and will suit someone who remains actively involved in contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement rather than operating purely at a strategic leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial agreements.
- Advising procurement, commercial, and operational stakeholders on contractual risk and commercial outcomes.
- Negotiating supplier and vendor agreements.
- Drafting and negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
- Drafting and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Supporting technology, software, and SaaS contracting requirements.
- Advising on outsourcing, managed services, and professional services arrangements.
- Helping drive contracts through to execution within demanding timeframes.

Essential Experience
Candidates should be able to demonstrate recent experience of:
- Supplier and vendor contracting.
- Procurement-related agreements.
- Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
- Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Technology and SaaS contracts.
- Software licensing and services agreements.
- Managing multiple negotiations simultaneously.
- Working directly with business stakeholders outside the legal function.

The successful candidate will be able to join the business and immediately take ownership of a busy contracts workload, working independently with minimal supervision and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to stakeholders across the organisation.
