About the Company

Our client is a rapidly growing international technology business that develops payment and ticketing solutions used by public transport and mobility providers worldwide. Their platform enables seamless contactless payments, digital ticketing and innovative customer payment experiences across multiple global markets.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused lawyer or experienced contracts manager to join a busy legal and commercial function supporting a high-growth technology business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Supporting customer, supplier and technology contracts
  • Advising internal stakeholders on contractual risk and commercial matters
  • Working closely with sales, product and operations teams
  • Managing contract negotiations through to execution
  • Assisting with legal process improvement and governance initiatives
  • Supporting international commercial projects as the business continues to scale

Ideal Background

  • Qualified lawyer or experienced contracts manager
  • Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Technology, SaaS, fintech, payments or software experience advantageous
  • Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment
