Interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer
3-Month Contract | Day Rate | Immediate Start
We're partnering with an international business to appoint an Interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer for an initial 3-month day rate contract.
Supporting a busy legal team, you'll be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a high volume of client commercial agreements, with a particular focus on Client Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
The Role
- Draft, review and negotiate Client MSAs, Statements of Work and related commercial agreements
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to help progress customer deals
- Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice
- Support the legal team during a busy period

We're looking for:
- Qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience
- Significant experience negotiating Client Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Experience handling high-volume client contracting
- Previous agency experience (marketing, advertising, creative, media or digital) is highly desirable and will be viewed favourably
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Available to start at short notice
