12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Are you a relationship-driven Account Manager who enjoys building partnerships, driving growth and making a real commercial impact?
We're seeking an Account Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of established customer relationships while helping to identify and unlock new business opportunities.
You'll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of customers, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, strengthen partnerships and drive profitable growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Acting as the main point of contact for all customer account matters
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing business and maximise revenue
- Negotiating commercial agreements and delivering win-win outcomes
- Ensuring solutions are delivered successfully against customer objectives
- Providing regular updates on account performance and key initiatives
- Forecasting sales performance and monitoring account metrics
- Working collaboratively across sales, operations and wider business functions
- Managing customer queries and resolving challenges in a proactive manner

What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with confident commercial professionals who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Key Account Management or a similar customer-facing commercial role
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to influence and engage decision-makers at all levels, including senior leadership teams
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good analytical capability and experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
