Role Overview
We are working with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join their legal team on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Legal Counsel and Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in supporting a busy commercial function, providing practical legal support across a range of commercial contracts and agreements.
Contract Details
- Initial 3-month contract with likely extension
- ASAP start
- £20-£22 per hour PAYE
- £28-£30 per hour Umbrella
- Remote working

Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting and amending commercial contracts
- Negotiating and updating contractual terms
- Reviewing client and supplier agreements
- Supporting the legal team with contract management and compliance matters
- Providing commercial legal support to internal stakeholders
- Assisting with broader commercial projects as required
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in a Commercial Paralegal role
- Strong commercial contracts experience
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within the healthcare, medical, or related sector would be highly desirable
- Exposure to public sector frameworks and procurement processes would be advantageous
