An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join a fast-growing technology business on an interim basis.
Backed by a well-established global organisation, this innovative company is experiencing significant growth and is looking for a commercially minded lawyer with strong experience negotiating and drafting technology-focused commercial agreements, particularly SaaS and other software/technology contracts.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative team in a business at an exciting stage of its growth journey.

The role:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial contracts, with a focus on technology and SaaS agreements.
- Supporting key business stakeholders on commercial legal matters.
- Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate:
- An experienced commercial lawyer with a strong background in technology-related agreements.
- Extensive experience with SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and other technology contracts.
- Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously in a fast-moving business.
- Experience of working in financial services/payments.
