twentyAI are supporting a fast growing FinTech business seeking an Interim Compliance Consultant.

This is a fully remote role, operating outside IR35, requiring trading or private banking experience, with an immediate start.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver regulatory and compliance oversight across new product and proposition launches, including complex products such as CFDs, and the launch of a new private banking proposition
  • Assess product and proposition proposals, identifying regulatory requirements, compliance risks and required controls ahead of launch
  • Conduct regulatory readiness and gap assessments, reviewing customer journeys, operating processes and product design to identify and remediate compliance risks
  • Review and strengthen governance, policies and compliance frameworks supporting the wider roadmap
  • Provide regulatory guidance on cross-border expansion, supporting launches across Asia, Latin America and other new international markets

  • Strong background in trading/investment products and/or private banking compliance
  • Experience with complex products (e.g. CFDs) and cross-border regulatory frameworks
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, launch-focused environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at pace
