We are seeking Conveyancing Paralegals

We are seeking Conveyancing Paralegals to support our clients' growing legal operations across Conveyancing, Onboarding and Customer Service teams.

Assignments are initially 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension and potential to become permanent. It is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business with an established and highly regarded culture, while gaining hands-on exposure to legal technology and the conveyancing process.

If you have any of the experience below, you may be the right fit for one of these teams:

Conveyancing Team

Supports the legal and administrative work required to progress client matters through the transaction.

  • Assisting licensed conveyancers with the progression of residential conveyancing matters and supporting the process from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Supporting KYC checks and other regulatory and compliance requirements associated with property transactions.
  • Assisting with Land Registry and post-completion requirements, including AP1 applications and SDLT forms.
  • Reviewing files, identifying outstanding actions and helping ensure matters continue to progress efficiently.
  • Communicating with consumers regarding their transactions and providing a professional and responsive service under the supervision of a qualified conveyancer.

Onboarding Team

Supports consumers with the wider conveyancing journey.

  • Guiding new clients through the onboarding process and helping them understand the steps required to progress their transaction.
  • Managing queries and maintaining regular, clear and reassuring communication throughout the process.
  • Taking ownership of relevant stages of the conveyancing journey and ensuring the required information and documentation are obtained promptly.
  • Working closely with conveyancers and other internal teams to ensure matters are directed to the appropriate person and continue progressing efficiently.
  • Providing a high standard of customer service and ensuring consumers feel supported throughout what can be a significant and unfamiliar process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
