Corporate & Commercial Lawyer (12-Month FTC)
Start: ASAP | Duration: 12 months
We are working with an international consumer brands business who is seeking an Interim Corporate Counsel (M&A) to join its legal team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial environment where you will play a key role in supporting the company's acquisition strategy while also providing broad in-house legal support across a range of commercial and corporate matters.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction).
- Strong experience in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents and managing deal processes.
- Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently whilst collaborating effectively across the business.
- Experience within technology, e-commerce, consumer, retail, venture-backed or high-growth businesses would be highly desirable.
