Exciting opportunity for a Transactional Corporate Lawyer or Corporate PSL
Join a US law firm on an initial 6-month contract, supporting their corporate practice as an Interim Knowledge Management Lawyer.
Location
Central London, hybrid working

Responsibilities
- Work in a growing, busy team, directly with the firms Corporate Partners and US-based counterpart.
- Set up KM frameworks and develop a suite of documentation for the London office.
- Involved in broader projects for the firm, streamlining operations between the London and US offices.
- Support on legal tech and AI initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years PQE with training and experience gained in the Corporate practice of a top-tier firm.
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced law firm environment.
