Transactional Corporate Lawyer or Corporate PSL Opportunity
Exciting opportunity for a transactional Corporate Lawyer or Corporate PSL with M&A/Private Equity transactions experience to join a US law firm on an initial 6 month contract, supporting their corporate practice as an Interim Knowledge Management Lawyer.
Central London, hybrid working, highly competitive salary on offer. This would suit a fee earner looking for a change of pace or a PSL interested in a move to project work.

Role Overview:
This is a project-based role working in a growing, busy team, directly with the firms Corporate Partners and US based counterpart set up KM frameworks and develop a suite of documentation for the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up KM frameworks and developing a suite of documentation for the London office.
- Involved in broader projects for the firm, streamlining operations between the London and US offices.
- Supporting on legal tech and AI initiatives.

Requirements:
- 5+ years PQE with training and experience gained in the Corporate practice of a top tier firm.
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced law firm environment.
