Interim Data Cleansing Lead
D365 ERP Transformation | Professional Services | 6 Month Contract
Overview
Our client is undertaking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation and requires an experienced Interim Data Cleansing Lead to establish and drive the data quality workstream. This role will be responsible for ensuring legacy data is accurate, complete and fit for migration into the new ERP platform.
The successful candidate will be a highly logical, analytical individual who combines strong data governance experience with a hands-on approach to data cleansing, stakeholder management and migration readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the quality of existing data across finance, client, supplier, project and operational systems.
- Define data cleansing standards, rules and governance processes.
- Establish data ownership and accountability across the business.
- Lead business stakeholders through data remediation activities.
- Drive data quality reporting and issue resolution.
- Support migration planning, testing and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure data readiness ahead of cutover and go-live.

Experience Required
- Previous experience leading data cleansing or data migration workstreams within ERP programmes.
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Unit4 or similar ERP experience.
- Proven track record delivering complex data improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of master data management and governance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable challenging stakeholders and driving accountability.
- Professional services experience highly desirable.
