🚨 Interim Deputy Head of Estates (NHS) 🚨
📍 6-Month Contract
💷 £63,000 - £78,000 (depending on experience)
📍On-site, England
I'm currently recruiting for an Interim Deputy Head of Estates to lead the day-to-day delivery of estates and engineering services across a busy acute NHS hospital environment.
In this role, you'll oversee multi-disciplinary estates teams, manage contractors and professional advisors, and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements.

✅ We're looking for someone with:
- Significant NHS estates leadership experience within a complex organisation
- A professional qualification in Estates Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline
- Membership (or working towards membership) of a relevant professional body such as IHEEM, CIBSE, or IET
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Experience managing compliance, operational performance, and capital projects
