About Us

At Exchange for Change, we are building something the UK has never had before. Working across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, we are designing and delivering a Deposit Return Scheme from the ground up, creating a system that helps reduce litter and waste by encouraging people to return their empty drinks bottles and cans for recycling.

We are industry led, and driven by purpose. A national movement with a clear mission. No bottle unreturned. No can left behind.

This is not just another job. This is a rare opportunity to do meaningful work, shape a landmark national programme, and help deliver lasting positive impact for people, businesses and the planet alike.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Interim Digital Marketing Manager to support the launch of the Exchange for Change website and manage the delivery of key digital marketing projects.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong digital project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple agencies, internal teams and stakeholders. You will help ensure our digital platforms and activity are delivered on time, work effectively and provide a clear, accessible experience for our audiences.

Key Responsibilities & Priorities

Website Launch and Management

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the new Exchange for Change website through testing, launch and post-launch optimisation.
  • Coordinate activity across internal teams, website developers, digital agencies and other delivery partners.
  • Maintain the website project plan, deadlines, dependencies, risks and actions, working closely with the Programme Director.
  • Manage website updates and ongoing optimisation following launch.
  • Support the marketing communication around key website functionality, including registration journeys, the Knowledge Hub, forms and analytics.

Digital Marketing and Project Delivery

  • Manage the delivery of digital marketing projects and campaigns across owned and paid channels.
  • Translate agreed marketing plans into clear briefs, project plans and deliverables.
  • Coordinate digital assets, campaign landing pages, email activity and supporting content.
  • Manage digital agencies and suppliers, ensuring work is delivered to brief, budget and deadline.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, manage feedback and secure approvals.
  • Maintain oversight of project budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies.
  • Support the development of consistent digital processes and governance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
