Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority to appoint an Interim Digital Procurement Specialist to support a major digital programme, taking the procurement through ITT development, issue, evaluation and moderation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ITT development and procurement process
- Manage tender issue, evaluation and moderation
- Work closely with procurement, digital and programme teams
- Support procurement through the relevant public-sector framework
- Provide specialist advice on ERP and wider digital systems
- Ensure the process is well governed and delivered to timescales

About You:
- Experienced Interim Procurement Specialist or Manager
- Strong background in digital, IT or technology procurement
- Experience delivering complex procurements within local government or the public sector
- Strong understanding of ITT, evaluation and moderation
- Experience using public-sector procurement frameworks
- ERP experience preferred, but wider digital systems experience considered
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills
