The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Interim Director of Marketing to join us on a 12 month maternity cover contract. This is more than simply maintaining the marketing function while our current Director is away. Kinda Dusty has grown quickly, and many of our marketing processes have developed organically alongside that growth. The successful candidate will initially work alongside our current Director of Marketing to understand and document how the function operates before taking responsibility for leading it throughout the maternity cover period. Alongside delivering our existing marketing programme, we want someone with a strong operational and process driven mindset who can help us continue to develop clear, scalable workflows and ways of working. This role is initially offered as a 12-month maternity cover contract. Depending on business needs, there may be opportunities for further employment at the end of the maternity cover period. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
