Senior Interim Lawyer - Europe
We are currently supporting a leading international industrial business on a confidential search for a senior interim lawyer to lead legal matters across Europe.
The successful candidate will be highly hands-on, operating as the senior legal contact for a complex manufacturing environment while partnering closely with commercial and operational stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years' PQE
- Significant in-house experience within manufacturing, industrials, chemicals, engineering, packaging, materials, or related sectors
- Extensive commercial contracts expertise
- Experience supporting European operations across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of supply chain, distribution, procurement, logistics, and cross-border trading activities
- Comfortable handling matters directly rather than relying heavily on external counsel
- Pragmatic, entrepreneurial and able to operate effectively in a lean, fast-moving environment

Initial 6-month assignment
This would suit an experienced interim Commercial Counsel who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and partnering closely with the business.
