Handle Recruitment are currently working with a global media and entertainment brand who are looking for an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist with good knowledge of SAP, to join a busy Shared Accounting Services team and support multiple EMEA payrolls.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong multi-country payroll experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple EMEA payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Liaise with third-party payroll providers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage payroll inputs including starters, leavers, variable pay and tax-related changes
  • Review payroll outputs, variance reports and statutory submissions
  • Support payroll journals, reconciliations and reporting
  • Handle employee and stakeholder queries professionally and efficiently
  • Perform manual and out-of-cycle payroll calculations where required
  • Maintain payroll procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Support audits, projects and wider payroll activities

About you

  • Proven experience coordinating 3+ EMEA payrolls, including UK payroll - essential
  • Experience working with multiple payroll providers and legal entities
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and numerical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Experience with Workday or similar HR/payroll systems is desirable
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Payroll qualification is desirable but not essential
