Interim Employment Counsel (Fully Remote, Global)
Location: Fully Remote
Contract: Fixed-Term / Interim Employment Opportunity
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
A global technology business operating across 160+ countries is seeking an Employment Lawyer to provide interim support during an unplanned period of absence within the legal team.
This is a hands-on employment law role supporting a truly international workforce. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of day-to-day employment matters across multiple jurisdictions, partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing pragmatic employment law advice on employee relations matters
- Supporting HR teams on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and workplace issues
- Advising on employment aspects of business change projects
- Assisting with policy reviews and employment-related compliance matters
- Coordinating with external counsel where required on international issues
Candidate Profile
- Qualified lawyer with strong employment law experience
- In-house or private practice background considered
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
- Flexible regarding an initially undefined assignment length
