This Is An Excellent Opportunity To Work Closely With HR Business Partners, Managers, And Stakeholders Across The Business, Providing Expert ER Guidance While Supporting a Broad Range Of Employee Relations Matters. You'll Gain Exposure To Complex Casework, Policy Development, Employment Legislation, Organisational Change Initiatives, And Strategic ER Projects.

What You'll Be Doing

As Employee Relations Advisor, You Will

• Provide expert employee relations advice and guidance to managers, HR colleagues, and key stakeholders.
• Support a wide range of ER casework, including grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, appeals, absence management, performance concerns, and organisational change processes.
• Assist with the preparation of documentation for formal hearings, meetings, and appeal processes.
• Support the management of complex employee relations issues, including employment tribunal-related activity where required.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Data teams, on Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee guidance materials.
• Support the delivery of employee relations training for managers and HR teams.
• Maintain accurate ER data, reporting, and management information to support decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with managers, helping them navigate employee issues confidently and consistently.
