Interim ER Change Manager

A charity based in London is looking for an Interim ER Change Manager to join for 6 months initially. The role is to lead multiple change programs from developing a business case through to redundancy consultations as well as ensure to identify legal and employee relation risks. The role is based in the office 2 days a week.

Description

An Interim ER Change Manager to:

  • Support the organisation through a variety of change programs to reduce headcount
  • Develop business cases and ensure proposals are legally compliant, providing ER input on the business case
  • Identify and mitigate risk
  • Identify and escalate legal or employee relation risks
  • Be the owner of restructures, redundancies, contractual changes, and people change activity
  • Provide support to stakeholders and challenge where necessary
  • Use current UK employment law knowledge to advise managers on change activity
  • Lead consultation processes
  • Manage ER processes that may arise from the restructure and change programs

An Interim ER Change Manager with:

  • Previous change management experience: develop business case, restructures, redundancies and providing employment law knowledge and advice
  • Previous multi-site experience beneficial
  • Able to start at short notice
  • Unionised experience desirable

Job Offer

  • Duration: 6 months initially
  • Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
  • Location: London based with 2 days a week in the office
  • Schedule: Open to being a 4 day a week or full time role
