Interim ERP Programme Manager - Epicor / Manufacturing
£600-£650 per day | Outside IR35, subject to formal status determination | 6 months | Northampton area | 5 days onsite

A high-performance engineering organisation is seeking an accomplished interim ERP Programme Manager to lead a business-critical enterprise systems implementation. This is a delivery-focused assignment requiring strong programme control, senior stakeholder leadership and the ability to bring internal teams and external implementation partners together around a clear plan.
What you will deliver
- End-to-end leadership of an Epicor ERP implementation across planning, execution, transition and closure
- An integrated programme plan covering ERP, data, interfaces, dependencies, business readiness and vendor deliverables
- Robust governance, RAID management, steering forums, executive reporting and decision control
- Effective management of the implementation partner and wider managed service providers
- Alignment across engineering, operations, IT, finance and senior leadership
- Improved data inputs and integration into ERP, ideally including PLM and connected manufacturing systems
- A controlled move from the current environment, supported by practical change, communications and adoption activity

What you will bring
- Substantial ERP or enterprise software programme leadership experience
- A strong record of delivering complex transformation in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, motorsport or another high-pressure operational setting
- Epicor / Epicor Kinetic delivery experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of ERP data, systems integration and ideally PLM, MES, WMS or finance interfaces
- Strong vendor management, facilitation, governance and executive communication skills
- The composure and decisiveness to deliver at pace against demanding timescales
- Availability to start within two weeks and attend the Northampton-area site five days each week

Contract
Initial six-month engagement at £600-£650 per day. The assignment is expected to be Outside IR35, subject to the end client's formal status determination and contractual assessment.
