Role: Interim Executive Assistant
Location: Cornwall
Working pattern:
- 5 days (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Hours:
- Approx. 8:00am-4:00pm
Contract:
- Up to 6 months (potential to extend / go permanent)
Rate:
- Paid on a day rate

- ASAP (subject to Enhanced DBS)
Panoramic Associates is working with a school seeking a high-level Executive Assistant / Executive PA to provide immediate additional capacity across the executive team. This is a fast-paced role supporting coordinating executive activity, and ensuring high-quality document and resource production for meetings and wider distribution.
You'll provide hands-on executive support and take ownership of varied workflow, including:
- Coordinating meetings, events and executive activity
- Preparing agendas, PowerPoints, document packs and meeting materials
- Formatting and packaging educational content/resources to a professional standard
- Preparing files correctly for suppliers/printers and supporting printed/digital production
- Coordinating ordering and delivery of custom exercise books and other resources, ensuring deadlines are met

Experience:
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Executive PA / senior administrator supporting senior leaders
- Strong experience organising meetings, events, agendas and executive-level documentation
- A strong digital and practical creative skillset with excellent document presentation standards
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, ideally InDesign
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, document preparation)
- The ability to take content from colleagues and format/package it correctly for meetings, suppliers, printers, or distribution
- Confidence managing competing priorities and working to deadlines

Education-sector experience is helpful but not essential.
If you're an experienced EA/PA who enjoys combining executive support with high-quality document production (including InDesign), we'd love to hear from you. Please send your CV and a brief summary of your relevant Adobe/InDesign and document-pack experience. Due to the school setting, the successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS check as well as other safer recruitment checks.
