Interim Executive Talent Acquisition Lead

Contract Type: Interim, 3-6 months (likely 6 months)
Day Rate: £450+ per day, Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid, London
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Interim Executive Talent Acquisition Lead to lead a significant executive hiring sprint, filling 1-2 senior roles reporting directly into the Leadership Team. This is a high visibility, relationship-led role, working closely with key internal stakeholders and managing relationships with external executive search firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end executive hiring process for 1-2 senior/LT-level positions
  • Build and manage relationships with external executive search firms
  • Act as a genuine brand ambassador, consistently selling the business to candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to keep the search aligned and moving at pace
  • Bring in additional sourcing support if required to support pipeline generation
