International and Acquisitive Leisure Group
International and acquisitive Leisure group are looking to hire an experienced and hands-on Interim Finance Consultant asap for a 3-6 month interim period, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the “outside IR35” assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with a combination of remote working and 2/3 days per week in their London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with finance team to support onboarding of new acquisitions
- Ensure newly acquired companies are fully integrated into the group reporting cycle
- Recommend and follow through with any accounting adjustments where necessary
- Ad-hoc finance related activity where needed, to support upcoming year-end process

- Qualified Accountant
- Experienced Finance Professional, with exposure to international entities
- Operational finance background, including post-acquisition integration activity
- Hands-on and detail focused individual, with the ability to work autonomously
