Interim Finance Controller (12-Month Contract)

We are partnering with a high-growth, operationally complex, private equity-backed organisation to appoint an Interim Finance Controller for a 12-month engagement. This is a key role within the finance team, supporting the business through a period of continued growth, acquisition activity and transformation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Financial Controller or similar roles, with experience across group reporting, consolidation, financial control and statutory reporting within a complex organisation.

Experience within multi-site, manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, logistics, facilities management or other operationally intensive businesses is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the group consolidation process
- Supporting post-acquisition integration and reporting
- Leading the annual audit process
- Overseeing statutory reporting
- Strengthening financial controls across the business
- Supporting the production of accurate and timely management and board reporting

This opportunity would suit a hands-on Finance Controller who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment, with strong technical accounting and reporting experience, alongside the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
