We are working with a high-growth, private equity-backed telecommunications business seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to support the business through its next phase of growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the PE sponsor, the successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function and provide commercial leadership across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance function and manage a small team
- Own monthly management reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Provide commercial insight to the CEO and leadership team
- Drive cash management and working capital optimisation
- Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes
- Support the business through continued growth and operational change
- Provide analysis and reporting to the PE shareholder
- Support M&A / integration activity where required

Ideal Background:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Previous FD / senior finance leadership experience
- Strong experience within telecoms, technology, infrastructure or recurring-revenue businesses
- Proven experience working in a PE-backed environment
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on interim capacity
