Finatal are partnered with a high-growth SaaS business who are aggressively pursuing a buy & build strategy. They are searching for a transformation focused FD who can come and lead a transformation phase, focusing on process, controls, regulations, compliance and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong SaaS exposure, experience with M&A and a track record in Private Equity Transformations. This is purely a project role and you will not be leading a team.

- Lead finance transformation - focusing on processes and controls
- Assess current ERP utilization and recommend changes
- Identify the different product areas and those which are most profitable to base your strategic decisions from
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
