Interim Finance Director – Group Reporting & FP&A
Contract: 6-12 Month

We are partnering with a sizeable (sub-£1 Billion) business seeking an Interim Finance Director – Group Reporting & FP&A to support the CFO and wider finance leadership team through a period of transformation and growth.
This is a high-impact role combining ownership of group reporting, financial planning & analysis, controls, systems enhancement, and process improvement. The successful candidate will bring strong technical finance expertise alongside the ability to drive reporting quality, improve visibility of performance, and strengthen financial governance.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Group Reporting and FP&A functions
- Enhance the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of group reporting
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and reporting frameworks
- Drive finance systems improvements and reporting automation initiatives
- Improve processes, efficiencies, and data quality across the finance function
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements:

- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience leading Group Reporting and/or FP&A in a complex business environment
- Strong technical accounting and reporting expertise
- Advanced financial modelling, planning, and analytical capabilities
- Experience improving controls, processes, and finance systems
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
- Available immediately or at short notice
